If you are now ready to begin the enrollment process, carefully complete the required forms online. If you wish you can also print them out and send them via email or courier to the attention of the Admissions Office.
Application Procedure
- Complete the Admission Application Form. Click Here.
- Deposit required documents along with US$ 75.00 (non-refundable) for depuration purposes. The documents are the following:
A. Students Documents:
- Original Grade Report from previous school
- Student Recommendation Form. Click Here.
- Birth Certificate
- Passport (copy)
- Six (6) 2×2 photos
B. Parents Documents:
- Copy of ID of both parents (Dominicans)
- Copy of passport of both parents (foreigners)
- Recommendation letter from a parent/ member of the Saint George Family, or of an outstanding member of the local community of the Dominican Republic as a guarantor of good behaviour in our society (one per family).
- Employment letter: Certificate of the company where father and/or mother works. If you have your own business, letter indicating address, telephone, area of work, RNC (Registro Nacional del Contribuyente), as well as copy of Registro Mercantil.
- Bank reference letter from a Dominican or international bank specifying how long you have been their client.
- An official letter from previous educational institution attended stating that there are no pending financial invoices.
The admissions process includes an interview with both parents and an evaluation to the student. The interview and evaluation are scheduled in the morning.

These documents are given once the student has been admitted.
B. Dominican Students:
- Original Grade Report from previous school
- Original Birth Certificate
- Official Medical Certificate
- Copy of Vaccination Record
- Six (6) photographs 2×2
C. Foreign Students:
- Original Grade Report from previous school.
Legalized in country of origin by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Consulate of the Dominican Republic. If there is no Dominican Consulate in the country of origin, grades should be legalized by an authorized Public Notary in country of origin.
- Official Grade Certificate for students 9th grade and up, for enrollment in High School – legalized in country of origin.
- Birth Certificate legalized in country of origin.
If the above mentioned documents have been issued in a language other than Spanish, they must be translated by an authorized public interpreter and presented at the General District Attorneys Office.
Students coming from countries where the school grade structure is different to that of the Dominican system, must request enrollment authorization from the Dominican Ministry of Education.
Students 9th grade and up need to complete a grade convalidation process through the Dominican Ministry of Education. The school will guide you through this process.
